Corrections Policy

How The Insight handles factual corrections, clarifications, and significant updates.

Principles

We aim to correct material factual errors promptly and transparently. We distinguish factual corrections from ordinary copy edits, formatting changes, or good-faith differences of opinion.

Process

  • Send the page URL, disputed statement, explanation, and reliable supporting source to christianhansenjis@gmail.com.
  • An editor will assess the original material and evidence and may contact relevant contributors or subjects.
  • If a material error is confirmed, the page will be corrected and, where appropriate, carry a dated correction or clarification note.
  • Serious safety, privacy, copyright, or legal concerns may justify temporary removal while review is underway.
