Access without barriers
A student should not need money, existing connections, or insider knowledge for a serious idea to receive serious attention.
Our goal is to make thoughtful review and publication available without charging students for the opportunity to be considered. We want good work to be evaluated for its thinking, evidence, and potential—not for the circumstances surrounding the person who made it.
That means building an editorial process that welcomes first attempts, explains decisions, and helps students understand how stronger work is developed. The purpose is not to exclude people who have had less preparation. It is to make the path towards better work more visible.
